Gives net lease owners the opportunity to exchange their asset(s) for units in the REIT in a tax deferred strategy.

Mr. Rohrlack is the Acquisitions Manager for Generation Income Properties. Mr. Rohrlack’s primary role is sourcing new acquisition opportunities that adhere to the Company’s investment criteria, while also maintaining an active role in negotiating transactions for new purchases.
